Q: What advice would you give someone just starting in the
Cannondale community?
Get to know
you quad inside and out. One of the best and easiest ways would
be to visit great sites like cannondaleriders, cannondaler,
cdaleparts, etc. Read all of the good and the bad - you will
learn a ton. I have been blessed with great first hand info from
Steve Maslanik at Cdaleparts.com,The Quadshop - Jeff and John,
and Scooter from Optimum.
Q. Give us a little history on yourself?
I got
my first quad when I was 21 - a Suzuki LT500 - from then
on I made a ton of money buying and selling well over
100 quads for the next 4 years. After meeting my wife
Traci and learned of her passion for ATV's we started to
race at local Harescrambles and eventually started
racing the GNCC schedule full time in 1999. From 1999
thru 2001 I concentrated on Traci while she won 2
National Championships. At that point I started racing
GNCC's in the 4 Stroke Mod class and Open A classes
while working my way up to placing 3rd overall in the 4
Strroke A class in 2002 and 2003. In 2003 Traci won her
3rd GNCC Championship.
Q. Any sponsors/people you would like to thank?
Yes - My wife
Traci, Lenig Family, Mazlanik Motorsports/cdaleparts.com -
Steve & Ron, The Quadshop - Jeff & John, Lonestar Racing,
PEP, Maxxis, Douglas Wheel, RPM, PRM, Hardkor, Fullbore,

pits during the 2003 season: Traci, Jeff Stoess, John
Rowling, Tim Lenig, Tyler Lenig, TJ Lenig, Steve Maslanik,
Laz Summers, Gary Delbeck, and Ben Wrightsmen.
