Ours has done that to us as well. The first time was because it was out of fuel the other the battery was low and finally I think the fuel filter was dirty the third time. Hope this helps.

I still have the same question though how do you keep the bolt that goes through the heim from spinning if the boot is over the top of the allen head????

Hey 6969 what year is your dale I have a 400ex that I will be getting the motor back together on this weekend. Local Shop here in my home town is doing the sleeve and bore honing right now. It will still be a stock ex bore with brand new L.A. sleeve and wiseco 10.5 to 1 piston. It has white brothers...

I know it sounds crazy thats what I thought too but its what the dealer told me and I did it and it worked for me. Mike let us know if you can get my method to work.
