Cannondaleriders

Anyone know who has the best swing arm bearing kits, or where to get them, i just replaced mine about 4 months ago with the all-balls kit, and they diddnt seem to last very long, i dont know if they diddnt last long because of my rear carrier going out, or maybe thats what made the rear carrier go? ...

Im sure this has been answerd some where, but what is a good set up for sprockets on a stock motor with 18"s and sometimes 20"s, i just changed to a 14 on the front and have 42 on back, think going to a 40 on the back is enough for the 18"s and still be ok for the 20"s power wise...
