ok checked that line, it was connected to a 3 way T fitting. 1 line was from the left side cover, 1 line was from the ecu, and 1 line was from the fuel pressure regulator, and the one from the ecu was split and had come off, was wet around the end too.

Let it drain for almost an hour and definitely only added 1.5 quarts.i have probably 5 hours on it before it started doing this

Took the plastic off and loosened the tank, no sign of where this oil came from, tried looking for that vent but wasn't seeing it. Going to drain oil in the motor and check how much i can get out of it, i'll try to find that vent hose again too. Oil flow seemed ok, not sure how fast it's...
