Suzuki Central is probably the best bet on finding some. Most people I've seen usually sell the whole motor.

You could try here also... http://partsfinder.o...

It's OK. I don't mind learnin' a few things! Just sucks that I missed a whole weekend of riding my baby when I had one that worked on hand.

I should have all my parts Monday or Tues. What do you guys do to pressure test? Just seal it and use a air compressor?

Honestly, I'm not even sure I'd be able to tell because the leak was so tiny. Also, it leaked more when the engine was just shut off and cooling or at idle than...

Canniboomer,

Can you give me the part number on the tube you have? Any other identification numbers would work also. I found their website, but the closest match I find to what you say is E43.

When I first looked at it, I thought that may be the problem spot. After suggestions here I see that the top right bolt (next to the overflow outlet) didn't have a brass washer. So I'm figuring one or the other, if not both, are suspect.

I'll see what I can do to find the sea...

Thanks for the info guys! I'm not sure if I have a spare seal or not, so I may have to get one added on to my current order (along with the thinner washer....if I don't have one laying around).

Definitely don't want to drop the motor, although I almost did when I got the t...

thedeatons,

The self bleeding hole you refer to is the line that runs to the overflow reservoir correct? Which part do I drill?

Another question (as I can see better in the pics than on the quad). Is the circled area in this pic a pinched valve cover gasket? I'm not getting...
