My coolant has been slowly leaking forever. No white smoke, no coolant in the oil, just dribbling down the head very slowly (at first it looked like it was coming from the head gasket, but it was just collecting in that area). Until now, I just refilled it when necessary. Since I've been dealing...

The sticker and camping permit is all you need. No other restrictions.

I heard last year that they were cracking down on people who didn't have a red flag (or red in the flag). Other than that, if you're bringing drinks, make sure it's plastic or aluminum...no bottles allowed...

FYI for anyone who doesn't know, out of state stickers can be purchased here in Yuma. I think they are only $25 or so.

They are now required, whether you have registered your OHV in your current state or not. I camp out at Ogilby and we've never had any run-ins with Rangers. ...

Desertbound,

I'm with you on the frustration for sure. I haven't had a single trip yet where I had NO problems. Although so far they've all been minor, it's still a pain to have issues.

My only saving grace, is that when it runs, it rips! Other than that, I ...

Well, I have the new flywheel coming. After close examination, I do have one that will work. However, it seems like it's pitted inside. I need to run it through a serious cleaning to find out if it's pitted or just dirty. If it's just dirty, I'll try it out and then I'll have pos...

I certainly wasn't ripped off. These all came with the quad, probably kept for the same reason you mention. The strange thing is, two of them are identical, and the "C" matches the notch (I haven't tried those yet). I think I'll try one of those (the other is cracked) tonight t...

First and foremost....THANK YOU! to everyone who responded. I can't say how much I appreciate all the help. I did try every idea mentioned, but alas....they all had the same result...nothing.

Good news though, she is up and running again. The fix was the most simple thing under th...
