Looks great John! I've been thinking about doing this kind of thing too for the full bodywork if and when plastic becomes a real issue some day...

I have switched to a BRP 20mm triple clamp on my 'dale and it made it a bike that I will actually ride singletrack on for fun now. To me, it was absolutely a night and day difference. I need to do a write up on it as I have quite a few pictures and had to make some slight modifications...

I have one of these on my C440. If you're interested, I got the one for a 2004 Honda CRF450R. I'm reasonably certain that most of the Japanese bikes are the same. It works well!

<a href="https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/917/-/1200779/Tusk-High-Pressure-Radiator-Cap-with-Te...

Hi!

I know there was a radiator brace / guard / roll cage for the dirt bikes. I'm interesting in picking one up if anyone happens to have one lying around. If there's interest, I may be able to get a few more of them made if I had a good 'pattern' to go off of. IMO th...

UPDATE: The drag in the headset bearings was definitely a significant issue. Taking care of that took care of most of the heavy steering. Ultimately, some of it was in the sag as well. Static, the bike was at 50 mm and race sag was 114 mm. At about 9 mm of preload, we're now at 29mm and 95mm. So...

Hey guys,

For those who are looking for a little more front brake performance on our admittedly heavy Cannondale dirt bikes, Galfer has a direct-bolt solution. It???s a 270mm (stock is 240mm) floating wave rotor for a YZ400 (part number DF301FLS) and the caliper bracket is a very nice bil...

Good deal. Let us know how they work for you. I only have a couple of hours on mine, but figured I'd post up that they fit. They've been very good to me in the past on my KTMs.

Hey guys,

SKF seals have always been my go-to for a high quality fork seal. I've tried a couple of other options and I think I'm back to the SKF ones for good. I've recently rebuilt my Ohlins forks with them and haven't had any leaks yet. (I'll update this thread if th...

I haven't done so yet, but being familiar with the KTM PDS chassis, I fully understand the importance of setting sag on a PDS bike. I have to imagine that a lot of the same rules apply as with the KTM PDS chassis. Either way, the problem I felt was not a geometry issue, it was a mechanical drag ...
