i was told .... most likely in the $200-300 range, but they would nail price down better when i got the frame there. (i have a road trip of 120 mi. each way to get there) time has been short lately, but plan to get there in july with the frame.

LOL, that information is being kept very secret, we are investing many $ into this project, I will tell you that we are building these cranks better than stock.

We're the guys you want to know for the cranks, we're in the process of rebuilding them. first test one is going in a quad this weekend to be used and abused, to make sure we got everything right.

27 is right, they are very noisy compared to hondas and the such. if it really bothers you alot, some guys have been known to spray sound deadener on the inside of the timing chain cover, personally i'm not a big fan of adding anything for fear that it wouldn't stay on. i don't need anything other t...

the c-dale is a production quad according to ATVA, doesn't matter if it was only produced for a couple years or not, it meets the # build rules so it's in.

hk 2020 bearings, used on the cr80 motorcycles. problem is the bushing is usually destroyed also, ask maz or haydug about getting the bushings, then on top of it all the thrust bearing on the ends is usually taken out too.

possibilties are broken cam chain adjuster, broken cam cap (the one behind the water pump is the most noted for this) or cart bolts are backing out (see posts about update kit)

and on the cranks.... we are coming along on them just fine, been talking to some people in the know about how the best materials and processes to use. we want these to be as bullet proof as possible.
