the most likely damage to the oil pump is that the rotor gets scarred where it fits into the housing (case), we can usually fix this, in extreme cases of damage, we remachine the housing and sleeve it. Which salvages the case.

Dang!!! I'm going to really have to pull out all the stops on my quad. This is turning into a real pissin contest. LOL. My wife isn't going to like me parking my quad in the living room so it doesn't get dirty.

Having just checked out the latest S.S. oil filter from Scotts, I can say that it is a much improved filter than the stock c-dale unit. Personally I won't run a c-dale ss filter but the scotts filter is well worth the $. much finer mesh! Nice job Scotts!!!:clap: :clap: :clap:

Yes, by all means call me! The old design (using the stock ball joint just touches the caliper), and we know about it, thus we'll take care of it for you. PS, call me directly, 8-5, m-f. although if you trim the post on the caliper, they'll clear also.
