I have had the same problem. I have cleaned all the connectors and put dielectric grease in all of them. Still have the intermittent problem. I read a thread that it might be the relay, replace the relay and still same issue. Any other good ideas???

Looking to buy a rectifier for a 03 quad. Not sure why the one on my quad went bad, ony rode it once.

Does anyone know where to get the little o-rings that are used on the male disconnect fitting on the gas tanks?
