Yes the wrist pin. rings, sleeve etc. was all pre-lubed with oil before I installed them and the sleeve was all the way down. I also did crank over the piston a few times with a wrench but nothing, still has the gap.

How much does timbomoose charge for a rod straighting? Also how much ...

Yea thanks for replying. Yeah everything is flush. This is actually my 3rd time reinstalling the clutch. The first 2 times it was POOF, done, no problems, together in 2 minutes. But this time its a pain. The first thing I thought of too was the plate isn't sitting properly, or isn't all the ...

Yesterday I took out my crank to inspect it. I also took out my tranny cartradge plate assembly so i could redrill and tap a broken case-saver to make sure not to drill through into the engine. Everything went smoothly and as planned but after red
locktightening my bolts I started to put my cl...

I could probably figure it out, but it would definitly be nice to have.
Thanks for any h...

I was checking my bucket bores yesterday. I read that when both the bore and the bucket are free of oil, the bucket should fall to the bottom of the bore by it's own weight and fall out on it's own weight.
Only in 1 of the 4 bucket bores the bucket will fall on its own weight!
...
