As for charging him. Dude, you put a lot of time into it and were acting like a consultant. That you didn't get it running is kind of besides the point. You did take care of a some potential problems for him. So, I'd say charge him whatever you think is fair for your time. When you drag your...

I had a similar thing happen--including wierd clicking noises, turned out to be a mass of wires/connectors under the leftish side of the ECU tray that come from the handle bars and the keyplate. Mine died after landing off a jump. Same type of symptoms. Did a bunch of stuff, seemed to help, then it ...

You bolt it through a box end wrench to then use as a torque adapter by using the hex head nut and a socket and a torque wrench.

Ohhh, I totally meant to do this earlier... Anyway, a great guy to deal with. Stuff showed up as promised. Great stuff! I can't believe the difference in how my quad rides with the 3 PEPs and Walsh LT front end on it. Sticks like glue and absorbs everything.

Thanks,

When trying to figure out sag, etc, for a stock swingarm and stock grab bar, the ratio of rear grab bar drop, at the top, outer edge, to rear suspension travel is about 1.7:1. So, if your grab bar edge moves down 5 inches, your suspension has travelled 5/1.7 = 2.9 inches.

C27, yes, I think the major factor in the checkball opening is the spring. I guess some other factors would play in too, like the size of the opening in the checkball seat and the passage length/diameter--anything that would affect resistance.

Cool info, Canniboomer. It seems like the pre...

Hey, anyone know if you should lube the shock shaft on a PEP shock like we do on the stock ones with WD40 or something?

Thanks,

Do get seen. Probably nerve impingement on L45, L5S1, or thereabouts. You could have done it a number of ways--loading/unloading, landing, etc. I wouldn't rule anything out as far as treatment just yet. Depending on the cause, you can consider a bunch of different things. If, say, it's from ...
