The Fullbore plastics need no modifications to fit. They will work with stock tank/subframe.

From what I've read the subframe was completely custom to lower the ride height. Required 250R seat and grab bar as well. The kit that was on Ebay had modified front fender brackets and rear too I believe. The tank is also completely custom and aluminum. Seems there were a few varying in sizes f...

They pop up now and again but are quite pricey. I just got a new welder and getting garage equipment setup at newthe home and planned on trying to make one myself. But gotta find one for sale to duplicate first, haha. The last one I saw come up sold for $450 back in August/September. Lasted a w...

There were some 250R kits but had a different tank and subframe. I tried fitting a pair of old 250R plastics I had and would need a bit of modification. Front wouldn't be as bad as rear, but still gonna require custom mounts and some work.

My only experiences have been bad. Quick machines but each time we go riding with one it ends up being towed in. Seen a couple frame breaks, multiple overheats, and a rod through the case once. Not much luck with them. But none were remotely stock and ridden hard. Congrats on the find but join more ...

Longer. Either that or the stroke shortened .2". Right now they are 12.8" compressed and need to be 13".

Not to steal the thread but what would a cost be to get a full rebuild of a pair and also a slight adjustment to the shock length? Need about a .2" change.

It looks good and the porting is nicely done too. But you're right on the radiator. It was pushed in and has been rewelded before. I'm gonna throw it back in and give it a shot though. It's just gonna be a trail/desert bike so don't need every ounce of power really. Thanks guys.

So what's the verdict on reangled injectors? I finally opened up the $250 sunbaked E440 I purchased about two months ago and it ended up having that done. It also has a fairly extensive job of porting in the intake/exhaust runners, though no modification to the dome area. The rest was stock...
