I picked up an engine from an 06 ATK awhile back. Had a black powdercoated mag valve cover, plastic impeller and gears, steel 97mm liner, loctited to all **** with drips down parts inside, and a rewelded crank. Tim ended up stroking that crank. Did not have the Z bearing. Also had the original bronz...

As an update to my post above: I just scored a pair of these for $435 shipped. The stock KTM SX arms require an 18.75" shock with 5.8" stroke. Which means that adding a spacer to change to 5.6" stroke is no big deal and shock length is the same. May be ok without that change but ...

Simple answer; no. They use Honda pattern. Honda rims use a tapered lugnut and CDales don't, however.

The domain will usually be released 30-90 days after end date, depending on registrar and whatnot. But alot of the time they charge a hefty fee on it for a few months after that. Eventually they release the domain for regular purchase. All depends on the registrar that holds the rights to the domain...

I have a pair on mine. It depends what front end you have. I have an ASR front end which takes 04-05 Honda 450R shocks made for Houser and JD arms. One thing I found out when I had a KTM was that you can buy a set of KTM made ones as they're 18.75" long and then have the stroke shortened to...

Haha. Haven't decided what the E is getting yet. My other E is a daily rider now and this one is a project to maybe stroke/bore. Haven't decided yet. No title on it and shavings were in oil. Also sat in the sun for 2yrs, so needs alot of TLC. But $300 I didn't complain, lol.

What's sad is the guy wont deal on anything and has the engine listed at close to $1000 yet he only paid $800 if I recall correctly for the whole running bike. Might have been less even just don't remember. About half the bike is still on there. I tried to go check it out when he f...

One thing to think of is if you get the ASR arms on ebay to know that they are made for 450r shocks. I have the exact models needed list and what 450r front shocks work incase you go that route.

Two have wider intakes and came with bored throttle bodies. The other two don't. All valves heads appeared the same as stock but didn't measure to be sure. Looked the same by eye.

Is there anything to gain on these machines by having the dome area machined down around the valves? ...
