It was a map Boomer sent me. Called Top Fueler or something like that. Setup for a 450 stroked engine. Works well when fuel is decreased on it. May try playing around this week with a few maps then.

As for porting: I can't really say. I've bought four ported heads. Three were supp...

Agreed with above but there is always the adjustable axle if you like the rear wider sometimes. The spacers can be added or removed in minutes to change width. Just throwing it out there.

Finally went on a full ride after complete E440 rebuild. Has stock stroke and bore with a ported head and gutted disconnects. Stock airbox, cam timing, exhaust, etc, but fully updated. Currently using a map setup for a 450 stroker for more mid to top end. Starts beautifully hot or cold but runs like...

Also need a scavenge pump cover, two pins for it that go on the shaft and hold the inner rotors, and a good cartridge plate. Need these items asap for a good price.

Edit: circlips enroute. Still need the above parts though.

Turns out it was the cartridge plate. Once I took it off again it was noticeably bent. Switched out and went together like butter. Thanks guys.

Putting new Timbo worked parts in an engine I picked up that seemed to have a monkey build. When I removed the scavenge pump I noticed loose bolts. Wasn't ridden after built a few years ago or I'm sure would've grenaded. I got the new crank in and everything good till the scavenge pump. ...

Well, guess it all can't be good news, haha. Only paid $350 for the entire quad with USA graphics, full exhaust, nerfs, and clean title. I guess that'll go on the shelf as a conversation piece.

Gonna send the crank to Tim but gonna drop a 467 combo in it that's on the she...

JA little background: bought a quad recently that was practically free because it didn't run. The owner inherited it and said it had never been ridden since a stock engine rebuild from a guy on the east coast a few years ago. Has maybe 5hrs total on it in general. Owner put in fluids but no fire...
