Does anyone know if any newer maps since the trinium and Terminator/exterminator maps were made? I've never been able to get my 478 with stock injectors to give the power I feel it should. My 450 feels faster till upper near redline. Seems like no matter what tuning, it just doesn't have the...

Tim did my stroker so seems I'd need someone to machine a new piston when the time comes.

I would definitely be interested when done. My bigger worry I guess is the stroker rebuild down the road in the event the rod is galled or not usable. And seeing as unless I'm off base here, the stroker would need shorter pistons than a stock rod setup.

Quad still runs great but thinking long term here as it has a boatload of hard hours at this point. I have a stroker crank that Tim did and a CP 98mm piston. What kind of options are even left at this point for doing a refresh in the future? (rods and piston/cylinder kits) I'm thinking of tearin...

I had this happen before almost. I heard the same noise and decided to shut down before it got worse. The bearing seal had popped off but somehow the ball bearings hadn't popped out, though very loose. most likely from improper torquing is my guess. My inch torque wrench was reading wrong I disc...

It's much of the same where I'm at. Six tracks within 2hrs that allowed quads just 4yrs ago. There is only one left now and it's only on Thursdays, so riding is limited if you like tracks. There is no MX racing within 5hrs of me for quads nowadays.

I did a couple years ago with some success. On my 478 I could never get traction though. I played with maps and even changed the cam degree setups a few times and I was always spinning. Also had issues with overheating when going flat out for more than 6-8 laps at high rpms.

My 450 mild ...

I had started building a copy of my Walsh conversion to try and make a few but my tig welder decided to seize its existence and I haven't replaced it. I have a subframe that was in the works but I'd prefer not to mig weld the tank, even though I have aluminum equipment for it. I could give d...
