I have an 02 cannibal for sale,
it has graydon slip-on pipe with blaze map,graydon nerfs,ac bumper and brand new black plastic.
it has low hours and runs great, i just have no time to ride and don't need 2 cannondales right now.

I just went thru this same exact problem about a month ago,i couldn't figure out what was wrong so i took it to a dealer and it turned out the "throttle position sensor" was bad.
they put a new one on and it runs great now.
that could be your problem as well.
might check it out.
