Hope you can help me out. I got a WWE 450 kit and was wanting to find out how to gap the rings on the gapless kind. I know you fill them but at what clearence? Any help would be appreciated.

I recently replaced the piston and sleeve with a stock replacement from Brad. I broke in the motor and after about two times out it seized. Both the intake and exhaust sides are scared badly and the rings are seized on the exhaust side. What did I do wrong or could there be another problem? (Not oil...

A mold for hoods are being made. They will be out of carbon fiber. The first one should be done in about 4-5 weeks. Should run about $225.00 each. Let me know how many of you are interested.

I am going to PC Carbon today to take my hood. He is going to check it out, to see what he can do. I will keep you posted.

I might be needing a replacement frame for my 400ex. Do you guys have any 400ex frames for sale and what kind of condition are they in? Powdercoat doesn't matter , I just want a straight frame. Thanks!
