Well I know that it wouldn't be a direct bolt on. The Cannondale stem has a much larger diameter than the Honda. There would also probably be issues with the steering geometry.

Maier doesn't cost as much as Fullbore. The R conversion also has a lower seat height. And just like CowsBitePeople stated, the knee area is not as wide as the stock dale.
