im taking it slow. i have a small track we built across the street from my house and ride almost daily. its nice for finding small issues on the bike. i also have a 04 ds650 baja X to race as well. im not entering the race to win, just for the fun

Enjoying putting miles on it now. The PEP suspension is amazing. By far the best ive ever ridden. The suspension can definitely out ride me. Now the plan is to enter it in a local gncc race. should be fun

When they said you need a good fully charged battery to start these bikes they weren't kidding. Charged the month old battery and she fired right up.

Just an update.....installed the original motor to this bike and had a no start issue. Ended up finding the valves were way out of spec holding the valves open. Removed the motor once again and shimmed the valves too .005 & .010.... installed motor back into bike and still have a no start issue....

Unfortunately after about 2hrs of riding the timing side development a noise and only got louder. Came down a large hill and bike shut off. Got it back to my garage and started inspecting it. Found alot on metal on the trans filter but very little on the oil filter. Pulled the engine out and removed...
