Cannondaleriders

Sup all, i recently picked up a dale and have been working on getting it ready to rock. So it cranks up and will idle but smokes like a mofo, anyone dealing with that? Also if i have the swing arm up on a jack the tires spin when its put in gear. When i set it back on the ground it doesnt move like ...
