If you know that is the racing you want to do. Then get the right shocks for the job. A good set of TT shocks from one of the above mentioned is the way to go. You can jump with those and not have to worry about bottoming. With a set of TT shocks you will have the same adjustment as with a set of MX...

That looks good, you might want to play with the ride height a little bit. Where ever it fills the most comfortable. How did you lower it? The little quad is exactly what we have sittin in the garage under tarps waiting on Santa to drop off. Those things are neat. Lots of mods can be done to them.

z400m1x with a answer like that, your banned from my garage. Ellis has been #53 for years. Is it Matt B. and Dallas or Matt B. and Matt White. The year was 2002, but I cant remember who all was riding yellow and white quads that year.

Done the same here, except I didnt zip-tie mine. I took self-tapping screws and screwed it to the tray. Zip-ties would be the better of the two.

The bumpers are real easy to change over. Find one that is close measure it, cut and weld. New bumper is ready to roll.

I have a ??? about pic #1. Is that the power cord where you plug it up to charge it. Like the hotwheels quads? LOL Heard you might be coming this way next weekend, if so, bring it with you if you can. You might unload it on some ol hillbilly.

Instead of throwing them out, we opted to use them on the rears. It dont look to bad, plus it covers the rear plastic up a little, so you dont see as much of the leg/boot scars. I think it turned out pretty good so far. Just need to finish the PCing on the motor and a few internals.
