Yes a smidge high, regular antifreeze if you have a aluminum valve cover, if not evans coolant, maxxis tires for the trail and the BlackWidow exhaust. Oil I use is maxima 80-85 weight tranny oil and PJ1 goldfire synthetic in the top. I also add a little lucas additive to the top end.

Nothing to it. Pressing them in/out would be the ticket, but with a flat punch, hammer, sockets and a socket extension(6 or 12 in.), you can get them right out. Might add a little heat to them also.

You looking for cannondale specific or just a # plate? If you just want a # plate. I have a few that we cut out of some heavy poly sheet. Just pay the shipping. They are white.

Use the 18's in the back and 19-20's in the front. I like the maxxis tires, but thats me.The wider the back tire, the better. More tread on the ground, more power you are putting on the dirt. I would try and find something around 10-11inches wide for the back.

MX, 190lb Pro-Am rider. I will have to say, the shocks have worked really well. I would compare them to PEP's. Very nice stuff. I usually dont like factory rebuilt shocks, but I like this one.
