Well it seems to be running now. It looks like all it needed was to have the filter replaced and the gas tank drained because of some sediment that built up and was restricting the flow. Always nice when its something simple. This was so simple I overlooked it though.

Tried a new battery and it seemed that it was going to work. Pump sounded normal and fuel was returning to the tank. Tried taking it down the road and it died in 2nd gear. Pump then was making the noise and not returning fuel to the tank when trying to start it again. I may try getting a fuel pressu...

Well I was going to sell my Speed to a friend but first we had to tear it apart to replace a fuel line. Now it won't run right. It is difficult to start and don't stay running. Its not consitent though. I was checking it earlier and the pump was loud and would not return fuel to the tank. It...

Well the tank screen wasn't plugged. Also a couple O-rings on the disconnects were looking a bit rough and fuel was dripping, I guess that is a result of repeatedly connecting and disconnecting them while trouble shooting. So I got some O-rings at the parts store and all is good again. I really thin...

Weak fuel pump....?

I have been having trouble getting my bike started and keeping it running. I changed the plug, then checked it after trying to start and found the plug dry. Through a process of elimination I have determined that the pump must be weak. The bike will run fine and rev and run as long as I like when th...

Could this cause a problem?

I was trying to load a calibration file into my bike the other day using the software for the first time. I tried to receive the calibrations from the bike and it didn't say that it received anything. So I decide to load the x440speed110 map in anyway. Afterwards I notice that the fuel is at 2500 so...

Gas cap/ gas cap vent

Ok my gas cap vent is shot. So I am looking to get a new gas cap. Does anyone sell the stock cap? I also saw a billet aluminum cap but I don't know if it comes with a vent hose. Do anyone gas caps from other brand quads fit? Thanks.

Glad I didn't rush to call a locksmith. Found it before my HMF exhaust arrived. Now I need to go make a copy of it.
