I am having the same exact problem. It is not too much oil, in fact it blew all the oil out. YES, I said all the oil. I've done several checks to ensure oil pumps are working. Did lead down test and all was good. I'm out of things to check. Any insight would be appreciated.

With the quad off and in first gear, if I pull in the clutch and roll the quad forward there is still a little resistance as if its not disengaging fully. So my question is should it role as smoothly as if it were in neutral? Thanks

My quad is all done. Got it all back together Friday. Saturday I did the break in and put it on the dyno. When my motor was stock I dyno'ed at 37.1 HP with custom map. When I dyno'ed with SBM Comp IV and their map I got 38.1 HP. We then played with some of the calibrations and were able to get 43.8 ...

I started the quad for the first time today. Rode it about 5 minutes. The left side of the frame was fairly hot to the touch. Not sure how hot it usually got before powdercoating.
