I have both a YFZ 450 and a Canondale. The YFZ feels lighter and is easy to handle over the cdale. Looking for a set of nerfs (Ace racing, Graydon, etc.) for my Glamis. I'm a cheapskate and willing to buy used if in great condition.

I just had the break in oil change done by my dealer and they replaced with regualr oil stating I needed about 50 hours before I change to synthetic so the engine wears in correctly. Is this right? Also, when I change to synthetic, should I use semi or full?
