Yeah, I fried the fuel pump circuit in the ECU at GNCC Rd1. I'm installing a fix for it tonight to run the pump off the ingnition circuit. If all goes well I'll be heading to Iuka MS for a Midsouth Harescramble.<img src="http://www.cannondaleriders.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif"...

You don't have to reangle the injectors, but I highly recommend it. I agree with dawsie, there's an awful lot of fuel circulating around a very hot engine. Be very careful when working on or modifying the fuel system. It amazes me how close the back of the fuel tank is in proximity to the header (70...

Both Haydug and Big Winky are excellent people to bring your motors to. Big Winky really understands why these motors are so susceptible to failing. The number one reason is cleanliness. Any new machine must have the crank disassembled and cleaned. The rest of the updates including the cartridge pla...

I'm investigating the same too. There are several pumps on the market which will work. The stock crossover is a Walbro or Master for around $80. The Accel from Summit is more expensive but more resistant to vibrations and heat. Have not seen one with a built in regulator yet???? You may want tocheck...

True. The slower (stiffer) valving will add increased bottoming resistance. The hydraulics only come into play during dynamic events or when the suspension is actually in moition. It controls the speed at which the suspension travels upward and downward, thus we have compression and rebound dampenin...

Technically the standard is 3 bar or 3x14.5 psi=43.5psig. Pressure in the 42-45 psig range is generally acceptable.

The damper valving has nothing to do with the "sag". The free length of the combined stacked springs should at least equal the available stroke of the damper (shock). If the spring stack is to short there will be some play at full extension. If the spring stack is too long, you may have too much pre...
