When someone with a Cdale refers to the 'VIN number ending' what signifigance does that have? Can you tell anything by it?

On front shocks what are the advantages or disadvantages of a resi shock? And does the single, double,triple and quad rate make enough of the diffrence to spring for the cost diffrence? And forgetting the names, does any particualr shock brand work best on Cdales?

Do you know where I can get some of those round eyelets that go between the bolts and plastic? I already know I will loose at least one everytime I take the plastic off.

What kind did you get? I was eyeing some ACs.
