You need to show that your bike is registered. Any plate will do. Even if you don't have one, you will be OK. We will set up at a place that is fairly easy to find and will likely have a fair number of people around us. I don't really know how to describe it though... Also, cell phone service is almost nonexistent so plan on being on vacation!
