You can also remove the flywheel cover and try to turn the engine and at the point were it locks just keep slight pressure. If it is hydrolocked the oil will slowly go past the piston rings and then you can turn the engine over. Once it turns over, manualy rotate the engine a few more times and afte...

In the past I had some problems with fouled plugs. But ever since I started using Iridium plugs I have never had a fouled plug in any quad.
