i don't know about the rest of you...but the fastest way I can think of is for me to get my fat butt off the couch and excercise...i stutter to think of what my shamu butt would look like losing 40 pounds....I know i couldn't shed that much weight off my quad....but my gut that looks like I'm 8 mont...
