Does this engine need any repairs or is it ready to install? (I have a 03 Speed)

Would you need the bare crankcase or could I ship the whole engine.

Does anyone know whats the cheapest way to repair or replace a cracked crankcase (I didn't install the motor mount upgrade)?

Also anyone know what torque spec for front sprocket nut?

I barely got my chain on with the new sprocket, but it doesn't have much slack and I was afraid that it will break or wear-out the chain guide & buffers.

Does anyone know if you need to buy a new chain when you change the front sprocket from a 13T to a 14T (Cannondale Speed).
