Sometimes that nipple gets clogged (magnesium corrosion). If you take the hose off of the radiator you should b...

Did you change the impeller on the rebuild? Does your bike have the water pump cover with the bleed hole? If so, did you drill out the nipple to a larger size or verify if it was plugged?

It sounds like a bleed problem, bleed it and see what happens. It only takes a couple of minutes to b...

If you have your motor out go ahead and replace all of the fuel and vacuum lines. You'll spend around $10-$15 at your local auto parts store. Deal with it when it easy to do. Especially the small piece between the injectors.

Try both and see if you can tell the difference. Too much octane is not good, it makes the fuel harder to iginite. If you can't tell the difference run the cheaper but higher octane.

Have you changed out the throttle body yet? This should narrow down if it's wiring or the IVAC.

Pull the plug and make sure the cylinder isn't full of oil. It sounds like hydrolock.

What about the setting that squirts gas prior to cranking the motor (I forget the correct name for it). Could the cycle for that be increased to richen it up for starting, after it starts the bike would retain whatever mixture you have is set for.

Have you done a throttle cal lately to se...
