I had a very similar problem with my '02 E440. Especially if I rode it for the 20 to 40 minutes and shut it off, it would not restart unless I let it sit a while. What I found was the water pump impellar had discinagrated and was just spinning on the shaft. I don't know if the bike has a shutdown on...

Hydraulic clutch bleeding
I have not bled a hydraulic clutch before and was looking for some helpful hints. Also need to know if I can use mineral oil from the grocery store or if this is some sort of special mineral oil?

Handle bars?
What brand of handle bars come stock on the E440 motorcycle? What brands are out there that are better that all of the components will fit on?

E440 rear sprocket
Will a Talon 52 tooth rear sprocket fit without hitting the chain guide? I already have the 13 tooth front and would like to gear it down further so I can crawl this thing around on some of the trials I ride on.

E440 lowering
Is there a way to adjust the suspension so I can make the bike squat more without missing everything up? I ride the tight woods a lot and when it gets really nasty and I am at a crawls pace I would like to be able to put my feet down with more than just my toes touching. Any help would be great.

O.K. now this makes sense, it is the coolant seal that is on the cam and held down by the cam cover. Great now I get to pull the motor YEAH! Thanks for all the help from all of you.<img src="http://www.cannondaleriders.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle"...

Leaking Coolant?
I have an E440 motorcycle and I am leaking coolant out of the weep hole under the water impellar. Can any one tell me what to check or fix so that it will quit leaking. It is a very small amount, but at $25 a gallon for Evans NPG+ I would rather keep it in the bike.
