doing any electrical work on these cannondales can be very stressful when you cannot make it work, i ripped into my wiring harness one time thinking i was going to make some improvements, wont ever do that again to say the least, i got it fixxed, but it was a nightmare.:drink:

are you sure the right wires (under the air filter box near the stearing stem) are connected properly? there should be a green, yellow, and brown wire with jumper wire connectors in them, i would look to see if one is unplugged or loose, this could cause the kill switch not to work??

i just didnt know if that would drain the battery down too much?
wasnt sure if they need to go to a wire from the mag instead?

right, sounds good, i didnt know that about the ignition, the **** thing is froze up though, i put some PB Blast in it the other day and it has been soaking, i have a kill switch on a plate mounted to the bar mount tht is a snap on/off switch for mx, and I did get a pair of factory lights on ebay fo...

guys, i have an 03 cannibal, headlights were removed when i got it, the wires are still there and i have a set of lights in the mail, what i am wanting to know is; will i have to put a switch in to run the lights? i do not see any type of switch from the factory setup in the wiring anywhere, should ...

laeger +2 a-arms are sloppy?

I have these Laeger +2`s on my 03 cannibal, they fit sloppy, anyone have any suggestions to tighten them up? the ball joints and the arm joints are just sloppy, more play than i would like to see...so what do you know??

i dont think it has the update, there are two seperate motor mount bolts on the front of the case, nothing betwee the frame mounts on the rails, am I looking at the right thing?
