Nothing to worry about. There is a check ball that keeps the oil from entering, however sometimes it does not seat and that happens.

Simple solutions are always the best! c27 is always right on the money

Sure look similar to the OEM hubs with galfer rotors and a cap and o-ring like the hardkor hubs have.

I have been quiet here on the board for the last several months with moving to a new house, and my wife has been pregnant with our first child. Looking forward to getting back into riding a lot more here come the spring. <br /><br />If all goes well we will be welcoming in a new Cannondalerider here...

Yup, that is an oil pump drive pin. Also you have the late style cams which are the ones with the major hardness issues, hence why your intake cam and buckets are wasted

No, it is typically the bucket opposite of the decompression mechanism on the exhaust cam.

Most of the reasons for ruined intake cams are the later cams and buckets are too soft, or lack of maintenance and oil changes
