Cylinder Head Wanted

Help, I need a cylinder head for my s440 motorcycle (engine is at Timbo's now). A bare head or complete head would be ok. Please PM me if anyone has one. Thanks!!

The only solution I know of right now is to buy a coil conversion kit from Canniboomer, then use any tach that uses the lead that is placed against the spark plug wire. Usually those type of tachs can be had for under $100.00. I believe Canniboomers kit is around $200.00, maybe he'll chime in.

I like cannondale27's method, way less machine work, and looks like it will do the job just fine. Haydugs method also looks excellent!

I would think they are not that expensive, just replace them. I'll bet these are cheaper than a problem in the future!

The whole thing. Screw some junk bolts in the holes so the powder coat doesn't get in.

When I hammered mine, it barely took any force. However, you must go in a circle though.

Check e-bay, I've seen the bearing and seal driver kit on e-bay. I believe it was about $90.00. You can pick up a generic wrist pin extractor. When I rebuilt my motor, I didn't need a ring compressor tool. Hope this helps.
