We had to build a Low Noise/Low Power Dale to meet EU regulations. We just limited the throttle throw at the throttle body for the low power part of it. If you limit the throttle throw you could also have a custom throttle cam made to make the power come on really gradually as well.

We were working on a deal with a European Kart manufacturer. They were going to buy engines from us to put in their Karts. I think we broached the subject of doing a whole kart and they would distribute it.

I will upload some clear monica pics to my picasa album tomorrow. As for the shock angle.... The position of the shock on most quads back then was determined by the airbox. They had to put them more upright and use a linkage to get the motion ratio to be progressive. We didn't want to use a link...

It's hard to say. At the time, every time we tested different suspensions Ohlins always won hands down. I would have to say it would have probobly been Front EVOLS on the Blaze and MOTO with an Ohlins rear. The PDS system worked wonders on the No-Link rear so FOX would have had to have something...
