They come set up for mx. I got it from West Virginia, so it's not yet registered in California. I wouldnt be able to tell you what sticker they would give you. It pretty much depends on what dmv you go to in california. I bought a banshee brand new last year, and it came with a green sticker. I dont...

I wouldn't say that it is needed. Sounds like they might of reused the old gasket. I didn't use it when I installed mine, and it hasn't leaked. Just my 2 cents.
