u may have to tweak that adjustment screw until u find where it should be. turn it in till it stops completely...not just until you feel pressure. make sure it bottoms out completely, then back it out three turns and you should be all set. I got my c-dale on a trade straight up for my 400ex because the c-dales clutch was screwed up and it wouldnt move when you let the clut...

i've shot a 10 gauge that kicked less than a 410...no lie. It was gas operated. Beautiful gun for geese/ducks.

lol kinda depends... are u hunting...skeet...trap. and you might be more accurate with the 20 depending on the choke. If the 2 guns are chocked different it will give u different results. Keep in mind the 20 throws more shot.

thanks a ton guys. Tomorrow im gonna try to put the plates on just the right way so the last one doesnt slip out and then i'll do the adjustement on the screw. Hopefully this will work:) i'll keep u guys updated...thanks again for the quick repsonses

so i undo the hex-head bolt first rather than the allen head bolt? and im pretty sure i put the plates back together ok, so why would it still be all screwy??? maybe i should rebuild it again
