Well, I can get it fixed but I'd rather just get $3k for it and be done with it. That would pay off my loan. Keeping it isn't an option for me anymore. I rode a friend's 450r around the track and fell in love with it. Not that the Cannondale is a sloth on the track or anything, the R just felt more ...

The Dale is now for sale! Jwheat has a lot he is working on and I can't expect him to put my quad at the top of the list. We've narrowed the problem with it not revving to be something in the head, probably either a bent intake valve or a broke spring.

I wanted $3500 for it running, but I...

It has the reangled injectors. That's it as far as I know. It's been running fine though right until hitting the track after cleaning out the cylinder. It's like hitting a jump knocked something loose or something, but we can't find anything.

We've tried changing the fuel pump now and that didn't help. We also pulled the quickconnects off to make sure they're ok and checked the hose in the tank. I think the next step is to check the injectors. Anyone have any other ideas?

We haven't pulled the quickconnects off yet. I didn't think about the strainer. I'll get back to ya once we try that. We might just swap the whole tank.

Well, all the electrical connections still seem to be good. Replacing the fuel filter did no good. Jwheat is going to check the fuel pump for me. This is so frustrating.

Death at Half Throttle

I went to crank the Dale Saturday night and apparently the check ball got stuck on me and the cylinder was hyrdo-locked. I took the plug out and blew out the oil. After putting the plug and tank back on it fired right up.

The next day I went to the track and made one lap before it started...
