Ya It was North Carolina. We got ahold of the guy I bought it from but he wont help us out. I guess it was to much trouble for him to go to the DMV We even offered to pay him.

Ya the 250r kit is sold. as for the clamp I would take $75.00 for the set up. It is for the 1 1/8 bars I can post a pic if someone wants to see it. It is the only one I came across . That doesn't mean its rare but for awhile I looked for another one and couldn't find one.
