have you checked to see if the keyway on the flywheel is still lined up with the c on cannondale. To do this you pull the cover off on the right hand side, unbolt the flywheel and pull out the lock washer. You should be able to see the groove where the keyway should be. I am sure you have but,make sure that your fuel hoses are not cracked or getting kinks in the line or a clogged fuel filter.
The only reason that I say this in because my hoses were shot and getting kinked, the fuel pressure should stay the same just less flow.
