good news its not the ecu but it still dies, however it did take less time to recover and start again. it only took about 8-10 min to recover and get me to the casa. bleed hole was clogged and I cleaned it out. if and when I get my flywheel revover I will look at the wires and see if that is the sou...

Well, I tested it this weekend with not very good results. After about 10-15 mins of riding it shuts down. It won't start up after it shuts down until I wait about 10-20 mins. have you checked to see if the keyway on the flywheel is still lined up with the c on cannondale. To do this you pull the cover off on the right hand side, unbolt the flywheel and pull out the lock washer. You should be able to see the groove where the keyway should be.
