spun flywheel? it hasn't happened to me but I hear its happened to some people

I was looking at the Ford Motorcraft gold coolant and it contains ethylene glycol <107-21-1>, diethylene glycol<111-46-6>, sodium benzoate<532-32-1>, sodium tetraborate <1330-43-4>, anti-foam agents and dye agent. no mention of water like it says on their green and orange coolant. Will this work??? ...
