I would get an attorney and go after him. It is a matter of principle not money. You will be granted a judgement against him, which would allow you to lean his shop and what ever else he owns. I would not write it off and allow him to screw some one else.

I had my battery checked and it was not good. They told me there was short in it. Something about a plate in the top of the battery that was bad. I didn't know a battery could do this, but if this is all that it is I will be happy.

This might be a dumb ? but I have read a few posts that state their cannondale is a unit # off the line. How do you find out which unit # you own?
