If the check ball in your frame sticks, it causes oil to fill into the piston cylinder and then it pushes out your exhaust when the quad is turned over. Quick question guys. I was reading another post and it got me to thinking. What is the correct amount of oil that our machines hold? I read like 1.2 quarts, I thought it was almost a half quart more than that and also how much does the tranny hold?

How would it being over filled cause oil in the exhaust? I always heard if overfill that it might puke oil like it does if a oil pump locks up. What is the oil volume on our quads? I thought it was 1.8 quarts, but jacob said 1.2? thats a big difference

The diode update is just a short piece of wire that goes near the ground on the left headlight. It splits a wire on the rev 5 harness and puts diodes in between to keep voltage spike from getting to the ecu. I think most of the time the spike comes from the start button if I remember correctly. It rips!!!!!! I put the terminator map in it before I started it, runs better, starts better and everything, I am sure it still needs some tuning but dont know of a dyno close.
