C27 The middle gear is busted completely in half. I will have to pull the motor AGAIN to check it. Where were you talking about putting magnets? I am sure something came down through the head when the decomp failed and caused this.

Another blonde moment or maybe I am just stupid. I can only see 1 of the black plastic gears when you take off the clutch cover. It looks fine. Am I looking at the right thing?

Well come to find out, the voltage regulator had shorted out. Plugged the computer back in from optimum today and it started right up. But now it is puking oil. I am assuming this means that something got into the scavenge pump and has messed the oil pump up or sheered a pin or something. I am almos...

I have been on the phone with Scooter at optimum and got a little info but they close at 5. We got down to the relay box for the ecu. Wistech, yes the headlight plugs have 12 volts. What do I check now? I dont have a computer in it now because I sent it to optimum. Where do I go to next?

Headed back to work now. The quad is there. The starter works when you hit the button so the ignition switch would have to be working, I think. But I will check as soon as I get back. Any other ideas?

I am pretty sure it was 125, Its the code it gives you when the computer is not powered up. It worked like 30 mins before that because I reloaded me map and throttle cals before I ever tried to start it. It is a Rev 5 harness, how could something go wrong with the harness with it just sitting on a l...
