What do you have in it know? Also what are you fuel rate and injector offset numbers?

First check your fuel pressure and make sure the o-rings are good at the fuel quick conectors going into the fuel tank.

Any bad crank bearing will destroy an engine. I have had my 03 for about 4 months now and ride it hard but I change the oil very frequently and I haven't had any problems as of yet. So I guess your answer would be to remove the engine and check it before anything does happen. Piece of mind.....

If I could swing it, I would get this quad in a heart beat. Just the engine and the front shocks are worth that alone.......
