The bike only maps do not have a command on for the cooling fan since the bike does not have that... there is a few hybrid maps that have the qualities of the x. Will try to load a couple here.

I would pull out the crank trigger sensor and make sure a bunch of metal filings have not collected on the magnet and swap it or maybe there is something goofy with the flywheel... if you have not done that allready.

check the wires that go to the clutch switch or just bypass them by tying them together. Also could be your start button or the solenoid down by the battery... the small wires going into that are notorious about breaking where they go into it. It is the cannibal map that is giving you fits because you are ported so it is lean when the throttle is at the idle position. They tend to need more fuel at idle when ported.
