If the starter is spinning for a bit before the motor starts to turn you might have a one way bearing getting worn out and you got to get inside the motor to fix that and it will get worse. Could also be oil on top of the piston if it has sat a while... before you crank it again drain the sump and s...

I usually just grab the sprocket with a big set of channel lock pliers... the torque by the book is not as high as the size of the nut would indicate.

Oh thats what you meant! I forgot all about that mod and I even did it once! Kind of an odd combination to have a ported head with a stock exhaust and somewhat stock airbox so trinium may not be quite right but a stock map would be out with porting but not sure I have a good suggestion. <br ...

I am kind of suprised that you got five hours out of it with a stock map in there and porting... Not sure what a bike air box is, we call that an open air filter setup. If it just started doing the poping on decel you might have done something wrong on the tps setup or it was so far out of the norm ...

I like to see the tp end up around 5% give or take 1 at 2100 and the engine warm... when you are up that high remember that at over ten percent it quits giving fuel while cranking. Also I would expect cold idle to be higher than 2500 so I think your iac might be a little suspect but check your boot ...

Darn if I would have known you had them tacked up! I thought you had that setup going and sold it. I have access to a certified welder that does amazing work and owes me some favors and duplicating something like that would be much easier than starting from a bunch of bends... What cans do you h...

Think I remember somebody using toaster cans and getting some pretty impressive results... If you need them quiet to meet track requirements I would think leaving the guts in them would be the way to go but with the cones out of them if I remember right they had a good sound to them and because they...

I dont know what a nearly new fox shock was worth but as long as shipping does not run me more than $25 I would send them all for $50 shipped and cut off the flange and stubbs of an 03 header to get you that far... I did not have cans for it and remember it is just a bunch of bends that ne...

Could be lean at idle and that is on the lower side of where most left the factory at.. do you know if that was a factory number and is this the same tb? My motors like 1.05 to 1.20 and yes higher is more fuel but that is with porting and open air filters. The opposite is true of the flow rate... lo...

They are on their way as of this afternoon in one of those small flat rate boxes from the usps... they said you would have it by thursday. Now that I think of it you might want to measure for the all thread as it might be just a touch over 12".
